RSI tip - Turn your door handle vertical
This is a funny think to do. The idea is same as for some models of vertical mouse. Wrist is in its natural hand-shake position.Changing your door handles is easy:

While opening, you can move your elbow close to the door and open the door by just pulling the handle sideways (this way you are pulling with your whole arm rather than twisting your hand).
About RSI What Helps
I have started a new category on my blog RSI What Helps, dealing with computer usage related wrist pain, describing measures how to reduce or even eliminate it. RSI means Repetitive Strain Injury.
